05/27/06-Lake Geneva Raceway

An exciting night in front of a record size crowd. Jake Jump once again stole the pole from the  17 car field. Andy Forster was hard to pass and won the trophy dash while Erik Gehrke and Brandon Scurto won their heats.  The feature race was one of the closest finishes in CSR history! At the start of the race Mick Ellis and Gehrke traded for the lead while Jeff Myers was moving up from the back. At the finish line Forster and Myers pulled along Gehrke for a three wide finish! By just inches Gehrke won his first feature of 2006.
